This overhaul of an existing vacant building is intended to provide multiple uses for the surrounding community. There are facilities for week-long retreats including dorms, a dining area, classroom and studio space, a computer lab, conference room, and library, as well as office space for visiting professors. The gallery space features both indoor and outdoor display areas and is suitable for receptions, school tours, and performances. There is also a gift shop/book store area and huge volumes of light-filled circulation space.
