Mas Generós 🏡🌾📖 is a small boutique hotel tucked away in the village of Fonteta in the Baix Empordà. Every corner of the house and its surroundings have been meticulously and sustainably thought out, every element of the experience carefully considered by the owners. Each room is inspired by a different personality, by someone who had a connection with the earth and nature, to unconventional characters who dedicated their life to creating or protecting art and tradition.

Mas Generós was built on this spirit of tradition. The graphic design uses the traditional cross stitch normally found on textiles and applies it to contemporary printed and digital formats.

The G symbol of Mas Generós was inspired by the cross stitch and reinforces the concepts of tradition and attention to detail. Many of the patterns, textures, images of the bedroom’s characters and elements of the Empordà countryside have been created using this cross stitch graphic design technique.
