FPAC ia a collection of old factory buildings in the arts district in DTLA. Converted to live/work spaces targeted directly to urban creatives, the spaces are a wealth of wood and concrete, metal and patina, texture and unlimited space. Photography of the raw spaces taken when the complex was still being renovated created early buzz about the loft community.
