Living in a region where the effects of climate change are thoroughly noticed – rising temperatures, soil erosion, desertification, droughts – I came to reflect and learn from regenerative practices that look for regeneration of autochthonous forests with local species, and the urban movements of green guerrillas. Inspired on these, Undeniable gives a personal and intimate reflection on seeds and blooms, in all their wilderness and possibilities. Capturing their powerful movement of growth and change in the natural world and in the caring gesture of those who plant, this series magnifies and deconstructs these elements into abstract forms that evoke both the grand scale of lush forest landscapes and the humble beginnings of each flora bloom.
