A conceptual collaboration with IKEA to encourage consumers to start gardening in their own homes using IKEA's products in creative ways.
THE SOLUTION
Creating an app that that allows users to find gardening tips and hacks using IKEA’s products to inspire them to start gardening no matter how small their homes are. The app works the same way as IKEA's regular shopping app, except surrounding the theme of gardening.
It features its products and how customers can use them in unconventional ways to create their own garden, an exclusive mobile catalogue for garden homes, and a community page for users to share their own creative gardening ideas.
Collateral 1 - IKEA EARTH Catalogue
A physical catalogue that will be delivered to anyone who subscribes to IKEA’s catalogue list. The IKEA EARTH catalogue features garden homes and products of all shapes and sizes to help consumers visualise how they can manage their green home no matter how small their space is.
Collateral 2 - Advertising Posters
A series of similar themed promotional posters that with the header "This is a gardening pot." on products that are not meant for gardening. Links to the idea of using unconventional ways to garden and encourages viewers to download the app and learn more about IKEA EARTH.
