Primarily the design is driven by the company’s core message which also graces the cover of the Annual Report: expand, achieve and generate. The layout and colour palette reflects Nissan’s direction to engage in zero-emission, eco-friendly and affordable vehicles. The images displayed throughout the Annual Report were critically chosen to compliment Carlos Ghosn’s selected quotes taken from the company letter and the graphs utilized throughout were inspired from Nissan’s vehicular designs and therefore promote a sense of rhythm.
