Font Poster

The purpose of this project was to design a poster to sell a font.  I decided on Neue Haas Grotesk display pro.  The poster had to include the name/title of the font, a brief history about the font, samples of the weights available, pricing and contact information, a use of a minimum of 3 colors, and the names of the creators of the font. I chose to use a mixture of small, medium and large examples of the font.  I also used a quote to display the use of the font including a few of the weights.

I researched the font and its background, then began with sketches.  I moved to digital sketches next and progressed into a few drafts.  After deciding on a draft I added color options and picked one that suited the font.  Finally I refined it into the Final Composition.
