ITALIAN PAVILION | SHANGHAI EXPO 2010 a competition by the Italian government
The design are a major reinterpretation of a floating sculpture over a bed of sea, while the inner space ;formed by the idea of a sea shell (symbol of Italy) gains its justification over the water plane. Spaces are conjured through the understanding of the 'golden section'. A theory in which sees the users of the pavilion going through a multiple experiences nodes across the pathway which leads to the top.
Credits goes to Arch.PAOLO CUCCHI and the rest of the design team > MARK CURTIS +AURELIE BARBIER +FLORENCE +MARLINIE .It has been a wonderful experience working throughout the project alongside capable companions
