Leckhampton: a site on the outskirts of Cheltenham, under pressure for development. 
A study of the Landscape Character was undertaken, as well as of the Planning context and Designations. 
As a response, a Masterplan was deveveloped, allocating various uses and layout of development, as well as a Design & Access Statement.
