santee village lofts
The Santee Village Lofts project was a soup to nuts branding initiative for two downtown loft buildings, The Eckardt and The Cornell, which are part of the seven-building Santee Court complex. Located in DTLA's up and coming fashion district, the project began with logos for both of the individual buildings that inspired a system of logos for all of the buildings. The scope of work also included a massive signage program and photography of the buildings and their amenities plus lifestyle of the surrounding neighborhood. All creative assets were also used in a successful launch and advertising campaign.
