ROTTO CULTURAL CENTER

The project site is located on Izmir in Turkey and according to the site researches it is the only open green area on the coastal line. The project is aimed to create a cultural center by protecting the public green area. So, the big part of the park is protected by elevating it to the roof of the building.
Existence of many high schools and schools around the site attracts many young people and students into the site. The new cultural center includes music studios, an auditorium and a music library for the users. Also there are workshop areas which users can learn and perform new skills.
