The interior is very bright and spacious thanks to panoramic windows and neutral colors. Roof can be planted with grass or equipped with solar panels; house can also be supplied with rainwater collectors and a filtration system. Modular houses can be arranged in various planning schemes with the help of piers and additional floating areas with flowerbeds and public recreation areas.
