CUICOCHA LOOKOUT
Located in Cuicocha, “Lake of the Gods”, the starting point is to question the meaning of what a lookout is, what it means to meditate, its influences and the needs of the being. Nature is understood as the teacher of truth and guide of life. The project is separated in the general lookout, which is simply a visual appreciation of the natural beauty of the landscape, and a journey through three points of reflection: Solitude, which begins by getting rid of your collective thoughts and reflecting on yourself through light, shadow, and silence. Space, which generates an introspection through the use of your senses. Finally, Quietude, with a viewpoint where you can rest from your journey and see nature framed with a new knowledge about yourself and about life taught by the different spaces of reflection and meditation.
