For my sustained investigation series, I began with the question "How does global warming affect the earth?" For my third Sustained Investigation project, I found an abstract photo of earth and added a drip effect by using the liquify tool on the earth to make it melt. I added smog from pollution in the earth and the sun to add natural heat, which both of those components contribute to the earth "melting". For my 5th sustained investigation, I decide to incorporate a time glass to represent the time that is running out for people to save the melting of Glaciers in Antarctica. I added lava on the top half by using different tools and changing the opacity and ice on the bottom. I believe this question works because I portrayed many different symbols and ideas of my take on global warming.
