This 4 part series is a result of experimentation with different drawing layers. I drew these close up shots of succulents using Procreate, and printed them to hang in my house. The process was to draw the plants and fill them in using separate layers for base tones, shadows, highlights, and outlines. This technique resulted in the layers stacked on top of each other, contrasting and complimenting each other effectively for the final solution.
