The Interagency Program Office (IPO) is a joint Department of Defense and Veteran's Affairs federal agency charged with creating electronic health records for soldiers, veterans, and their families. I was asked to redesign the look and feel as well to create a responsive layout. This is the mock up I created before handing over to developers to code. Photography is from stock sources.
