“Media Matters for Women” is an organization working in Sierra Leone and Democratic Republic of Congo that connects rural women and girls with information and dialogue. The organization has tested and proven an innovative mobile phone-based information network, female journalists produce audio podcasts and distribute them via mobile phone.
The organization wanted the feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, visual design, content, and other key features.
The audit was presented as a .pdf report covering visual presentation, usability issues, site performance, information architecture and accessibility analysis. Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the organization’s desired goals were given.
