St. Louis Zoo Postcards
To start this project, I picked the animals I wanted to illustrate. Then I did a bit of research to find out how social each animal was and I used that information to decide whether each postcard would have one or two of its animal.
Once I had an idea for each postcard, I found some reference images and started sketching.
After I finished the sketches, I found the zoo's logo to make my color palette.
Once my sketches were done and I had a color pallet, I made the final illustrations for the postcards.
