I have contributed with Ultragaz's innovation process, in the last mile gas distribution project, giving new meaning to the roles of stakeholders involved in the logistics chain, improving the end-user experience and potentializing the brand power. We have created and tested an optimizer of the gas distribution chain experience for the delivery man and a fast and safe gas supply service for the end customer.

They launched the new app in 2020 and obtained some excellent results, such as reducing the gas waiting time by 50%, from 60 minutes to 30 minutes. As well as evolving the experience rating rate from 4.5 - 4.7 to a constant of 4.9
