SENSORY FOREST
The Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka Bar transports festival goers into the polish Białowieża primeval forest. Guests are encouraged to get creative and use their imaginations whilst indulging in a fully sensory experience, including edible perfumes, Bison grass flavoured sherbet and spherification balls that pop in the mouth – producing a multi-textured taste sensation all at once.
To top it off, our core experience had you blindfolded as you took in the smells, sounds and tastes of Białowieża Forest, or more precisely, the bison grass from there that flavours the spirit as you tasted cocktails, allowing consumers to pinpoint the subtle flavour Żubrówka brings.
This was a fun one. The space at the festival wasn’t confirmed. I needed to pitch for it. Winning the pitch required coming up with something Festival No6 worthy, which meant out there but classy.
Luckily we did win, and Żubrówka got the experiential space, as well as being official Vodka for the entire festival. Happy client, happy us.
