The idea for this project was to create a simple vintage summer style type of poster that would also look good on print. 

The poster needed to be more complex whilst remaining minimalistic similarly to the original poster. The centered red rectangle from the original poster was replicated and then segmented into sections. The chosen image aimed to reflect the theme of a vintage summer.

A line was used to separate the text and the image to make them feel more separated and create a more clear distinction instead of having it all meshed together and to keep the clean and minimalistic look of the poster.
