Local Rewards Program
As the Community & Events Manager, I founded the Local Star program that aimed to establish a physical and virtual community with True Local's top reviewers. To join the rewards program, users were highly engaged with the True Local site by frequently reviewing local businesses. The "Local Stars" were rewarded through gift vouchers and event invitations that explored local businesses in areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Through my Lead Community Manager responsibilities, I contributed to the True Local blog through "business spotlight" blog posts, featuring small business owners that were trending in the local community. Creating content for local lifestyle news and events were also deliverables.
