In January 2011 Miuccia Prada staged her first fashion show outside Milan at the Central Academy of Fine Arts Museum in Beijing. We collaborated with the internal Prada team to create and brand the event and transform the museum into distinctive spaces for a fashion show, dining room, concert hall, multiple bars and dance space for 1200 guests. We also created video projections, print materials, furniture, and online content specifically for the event and organized a special project with design students from CAFA to give the event a local footprint and to serve as a focal point for dialogue in the design community.
