Andrea Cochran, FASLA, has been practicing landscape architecture in the San Francisco Bay Area for thirty years. She attended Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and worked on the East Coast and in Europe before moving to California. After working in collaborative partnerships for over ten years, she established Andrea Cochran Landscape Architecture in 1998. The firm’s diverse portfolio of work is internationally recognized and has been featured in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and a wide range of design publications. In 2007, Ms. Cochran was inducted as a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects. A monograph of her work was published by Princeton Architectural Press in 2009. Read Less

The firm tackles a wide range of project types and scales, from single family residences to hotels, wineries, affordable housing, schools, institutions, and public parks. A sense of intimacy and a strong attention to detail infuse each project.
